How credits work

1

One listing scraped = one credit

Credits are deducted based on how many listings we actually scrape, not how many we discover. If there are 200 listings but Airbnb blocks us from scraping 20 of them, you only pay for the 180 we successfully analyzed.

2

Partial analyses when credits are low

If you have 80 credits but there are 200 listings, we'll analyze the first 80 and show you what we found. No surprises.

3

Unused credits roll over

Credits carry over to next month, up to your plan's rollover cap. No "use it or lose it" pressure.

Questions

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can still submit analyses — we'll analyze as many listings as your remaining credits allow. Or upgrade your plan for more credits instantly.

Can I downgrade?

Yes. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep any remaining credits.

What is a credit?

One credit = one listing analyzed. If a market has 300 listings, analyzing it uses 300 credits.

Do unused credits expire?

Credits roll over each month up to your plan's rollover cap. No "use it or lose it."

What data do I get?

Every plan gets the same report: calendar booked rates, review frequency, listing tier classification, and a market verdict. No features are locked behind higher tiers.

Can I filter by property type or guest count?

Not yet — this is coming soon. Right now we focus on entire homes that accommodate 6+ guests, since they tend to be the most profitable short-term rentals.

How long does the analysis take?

It depends on the market, but we typically see 60–90 seconds per listing. For a market with 250 listings, that's roughly 4–6 hours of automated analysis. That's time YOU saved — this replaces weeks of manually checking calendars and review histories across hundreds of listings.

How can I determine how many credits I need?

After drawing your market area on the map, click the "Check listing count on Airbnb" link above the Analyze button. It opens Airbnb's search filtered to your exact map bounds, so you can see how many listings are in that area before running your analysis.

What is considered a successful scraping?

A listing is successfully scraped when we extract its calendar availability data (booked nights over the next 90 days) and core listing details (title, bedrooms, guest count). Some listings may be missing secondary data like individual review dates or monthly review breakdowns — these listings still get classified into a tier using fallback logic based on total review count and listing age. The only data that must be present for a listing to count is the calendar or basic listing info.
